REINCARNATION, is it logic or Emotional? - be-024
I was chatting with a gentleman the other day when the topic of reincarnation casually strolled into the conversation. After we wrapped up, I found myself thinking: why do we so easily adopt beliefs that belong to someone else? What makes my belief right and yours wrong? And so, round and round we go — until that infamous bucket finally gets kicked. Now, I like to think of myself as a man of logic. So, naturally, I lean and follow evidence. And when it comes to reincarnation? Well… the evidence is about as solid as a politician’s promise. Sure, you can hypnotize someone, and suddenly they’re storming the beaches of Normandy or living in Ancient Egypt — but can we prove any of it? Not really. And here’s where it gets funky: it sounds good, and when something sounds good, we cozy up to it, emotionally bond with it, and hold on tighter than a toddler with a cookie. We’ll ride that story/belief all the way to our graves. Without evidence, it is just another emotionally driven...
