I was chatting with a gentleman the other day when the topic of reincarnation casually strolled into the conversation. After we wrapped up, I found myself thinking: why do we so easily adopt beliefs that belong to someone else? How many times have you been told that you would get a callback and never do? How often have people agreed to an appointment time and ended up turning up very late? They did not even think to call you to say they would be late? It is like people no longer honor their word, it is like, so what.  People just do not care about their words anymore. This drives down our ability to provide a high standard of service.
